although I occasionally use other firm (hayloft) for plants that you do not stock You are always my first choice as plants are always in great shape and really well packed , so they arrive quickly and in top condition

I bought a Camellia from you a while ago and was very unhappy with the plant supplied. However I was tremendously impressed with your customer service and the manner in which you resolved my concern. I thought you might like to know that this is my main reason for ordering what is a fairly expensive plant from you on this occasion.
