I live in New Zealand and this is the second time that I have ordered NZ native plants to be delivered to friends in the UK as Christmas presents. My tree arrived split and bent in transit and will probably die. I was very shocked, and emailed the nursery straight away. I received a very prompt response with a promise to send out a replacement tree free of charge, and that the dispatch team would raise the condition of my tree with the delivery company. I was pleased with this response and reassured me that this was an unusual occurence for the nursery.
