Just a note to say thanks for the delivery of my order, the plants were packaged brilliantly and arrived in perfect condition as usual, but much to the surprise of the delivery driver that plants could be transported via a courier so successfully! The plants themselves look healthy too. I look forward to seeing my new flower bed flourishing.

please don't stop the paper catalogue as suf=ggested in the editorial. The website is great for ordering specific plants once identified but I use the catalogue to get ideas of combinations which would be far more difficult and timeconsuming without a catalgue

Thank you for your new printed catalogue. With reference to Charles Williams’ introduction, please keep the printed catalogue in future years. It is the combination of printed catalogue and on-line ordering that is so helpful. An on-line catalogue is nothing like so convenient and browsing through the different plants available is more difficult (flipping back and forth to compare different plants is so much easier and more enjoyable in the paper version). I think many of your customers would agree! Thanks for your excellent service over many years.
