Thank you for the catalogue you sent with the order. My daughter in law is a novice gardener so it is useful to share for ideas

The plant finder filter takes a reload for every filter you apply. I really like it and the level of information that you give

The website provides very useful information on each plant, size of pot, and everything else neede, really useful.

I have seen a wonderful improvement in your on-line ordering system, mostly due, I think, to the amazing upgrade in your Nursery practice.

Steve was very helpful, thank you very much.

the thing I really like about you (apart from the wide selection of high quality plants) is the ease with which I can find what I want and the amount of details about the plant - hardiness, ultimate height etc

None, a really well designed website.

thought the growing guide was a good idea, I've printed it off.

I bought plants from you after visiting Caerhays (to view Mineral collection) and the. Visiting the Burncoose Nursery. Pants I have received by post have all been of excellent quality and well package for transit. Failures due to my siting/care and/or lack of badger protection.

I live in east Kent, so Burncoose plants have to cross England to reach me. But they do, arriving in excellent condition and carefully wrapped. Can’t fault the standard of service or quality of produce.

Thanks for not abandoning Northern Irish consumers. I know the new ‘border’ jabs made things more difficult

I bought a stachyurus praecox earlier in the year which sadly died. You replaced it without quibble and I was so amazed at the service and also the quality of the replacement - better than the first one. So here I am back again to buy 2 banksia roses. I will be a loyal customer!!

Always find your items to be of excellent quality and of very reasonable maturity. Delivery cost is pretty high though so occasionally we will buy elsewhere if your postage cost makes buying poor value
Burncoose Customer. -
No - you're good at giving ideas re: planting combinations, planting advice, and the listing is pretty full!

I love the variety of plants you have on offer. The new Plant Finder function makes the website much, much better to navigate. Aesthetic a maybe a bit outmoded but I don't really care - there's a 'genuineness' to it which makes me trust you!

No,I was added to contact list because the plant I wanted wasn’t available and contacted as soon as it was. Very helpful.
