Not really a 'problem', but I couldn't see whether the item was in stock or not, so I phoned and got the information that way.

Regarding collection. It looked like the only option when ordering was to pay for delivery. I e-mailed Burncoose and Steve Dance helpfully told me that the option to collect in person was available during the payment procedure.
