I've never had problems as I select what plants I want from your catalogue & web site & then phone with my order. I'm old & old fashioned & not keen on entering card details on my iPad. That's not just with Burncoose, but everybody, I like to speak to a real person (ask Steve!).

I would define you as a specialist nursery. do you have a rare plant section on the website? - people like me are always looking for rare and hard to obtain varieties, and usually happy to pay good prices for unusual things.
