A couple of bits were out of stock but a lovely lady phoned me and went through alternatives including waiting for me to look on google if the pictures weren't available on burncoose site.

I really like burncoose this is my 3rd big order, staff have always been really helpful, i know the delivery can seem pricey but if you consider time to travel to garden centre, find plants and cleaning of the car afterward it isn't so bad especially on a big order.

Dear sir, I would like to complain about my experience with Burncoose Nurseries. I mean how dare you be so polite and helpful when I phoned to order my Fuchsia? All this efficiency is just a disgrace and not something I'm used to. And then, to add insult to injury, my plants arrived Just two days later.... Well wrapped, In perfect condition and according to my instructions. Whatever next?? I hope you have the decency to rectify the above atrocities before I place my next order with yourselves and that you have the courage to display this complaint on your website so as to deter others from having the same pleasant experience I endured.
