As we now live in Cornwall, ideally we would have preferred to collect our order from Burncoose, but as we are in lockdown, it would mean travelling out of our local area, as we live about 4 miles from Wadebridge, so this recent order will have to be delivered. Looking forward to safer times, when we can visit the nursery ourselves.

My impression is of a very efficient and friendly company with extremely fair prices. That said my experience with trying to place an order online, mentioned above, was very frustrating as I was at a loss as to what was happening! Though this will not be allowed to cloud my judgement of what was generally a very pleasant experience.

Me buying form a grower and avoiding amazon are big draws. Also link to Cornwall for my family is important and am buying presents for people I cant see. Covid presents are very different.
