I found it particularly helpful that other plant suggestions were given, which helped me to make the right choice for the siting of my chosen shrub.

I would tell anyone that I knew was wanting new plants to visit your website as it was so good. I was especially impressed when scrolling down the different plants because there was a picture so that I could see immediately if those plants were likely to be of interest to me.

A super website. I visit lots of them to buy plants, and yours is head and shoulders above the rest. Many thanks.

The choice and quality of plants from Burncoose has been superb. I've planted about 20 of your rhododendrons in the past 2 years, some more delicate than others, and every one has come through a very tough winter in open woodland. Many thanks, keep it up!

I have ordered plants from several online nurseries with very mixed results. I found both your service, packing and plant quality to be very high, you compare most favourably with the other suppliers. Thank you for your first rate service.

No problems. I would have liked to see a section on shade tolerant plants. I made a preliminary selection and then rang to check if I had made sensible choices. The phone advice I received was both re-assuring and practical - thank you. I used your website because it carries a wide range of the type of plants I was interested in and gave lots of info about frost tolerance, soil suitability, final size etc
