I wasn't able to place order online, I could get my goods into the basket but they system would not let me place the order. So I emailed about not being able to place my order. The email response was brilliant very helpful, it felt welcoming and personal. Finally I rang and placed my order that was dealt with by a lovely friendly lady. So now awaiting delivery if my plants, plants that I have been looking to buy for years so very excited. Thank you
