My tree arrived split and bent in transit and will probably die. I was very shocked, and emailed the nursery straight away. I received a very prompt response with a promise to send out a replacement tree free of charge, and that the dispatch team would raise the condition of my tree with the delivery company. I was pleased with this response and reassured me that this was an unusual occurence for the nursery.

As a professional gardener who orders a lot of plants online I'd say you've got the delivery side of things pretty much spot on. Appropriate sized boxes, no masses of shredded paper or polystyrene balls which may help fill the box but make a hell of a mess when the boxes are opened. From the numerous deliveries I've had from you I can't remember even a damaged leaf. Just keep doing what you do!

I use Burncoose for plants that I cannot find in local garden centres. You have an exceptional range of healthy plants that are a good size and grow well. The 2 camelias that I bought previously, have flowered throughout the winter.
